What You'll Do

As an Assistant Superintendent , you won't be limited to just one course-you'll gain diverse experience across all three courses while working closely with the Director of Agronomy and Superintendents . Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily course maintenance & playability enhancements.
• Team leadership - training, developing, and managing staff.
• Moisture management & turf health strategies.
• Cultural practices and pesticide/fertilizer applications.
• Project management - contributing to future capital improvements.
