Rate of Pay: $105,000 per year

Responsibilities: 

Apply knowledge of environmental planning to conduct landscape architecture design. Planning for low impact and sustainable development projects. 
Prepare drawings, information, data and project development during Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development. Produce landscape architectural design drawings and documents using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD Sheetset Manager and Microsoft Office programs. 
Produce digital models, renderings and animations using Rhino, Sketch-up Lumion, Vectorworks and After Effects. 
Produce presentation materials using Hand Drawings, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. 
Evaluate existing landscape conditions through analysis. Compile, assess and communicate urban and natural systems related to projects.

Requirements

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related field.
24 months of work experience in Landscape Designer, Landscape Architect, Architect, or a related position.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD.
