The Club at Pelican Bay features the North Course, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bill Amick. The course is known for its elevated tee boxes, natural scenery, and player-friendly layout, welcoming golfers of all ages and skill levels. The North Course offers 18 holes with a par of 72. Amenities at the club include an all-grass driving range, short-game and putting areas, an on-site restaurant, and banquet and event facilities

The Golf Course Maintenance Laborer assists with daily maintenance of the golf course to ensure safe, high-quality playing conditions. This position works under the direction of the Golf Operations Supervisor or Superintendent and supports turf, irrigation, and course setup operations.

Experience Required

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow chemical application and safety procedures
• Ability to safely operate mowers, sprayers, and hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Essential Responsibilities

• perform routine golf course maintenance including mowing, trimming, raking bunkers, and debris removal
• Assist with chemical and fertilizer spray applications under supervision and in accordance with safety guidelines
• Mix, load, and clean spray equipment; follow proper handling and safety procedures
• Assist with irrigation system operation, hand watering, and basic repairs
• Operate and maintain basic groundskeeping equipment and tools
• Assist with course setup including cup changes, tee markers, and signage
• Perform other related duties as assigned
