The property also includes a vibrant clubhouse, restaurant, and event venue that serve as a centerpiece of the Troy community.

Woods Fort Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic management. The successful candidate will take pride in providing top-quality playing conditions while leading and developing a skilled maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all turfgrass maintenance practices for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice areas.
• Develop and execute agronomic programs, including fertility, irrigation, and pest management.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Maintain and operate the irrigation system efficiently.
• Manage budget, equipment maintenance, and supply inventories.
• Ensure course aesthetics, playability, and environmental stewardship.
• Communicate regularly with ownership and management on course conditions and project planning.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in turfgrass management, agronomy, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of golf course maintenance experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Missouri pesticide applicator's license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of warm- and cool-season turf management in the Midwest.
• Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style and strong communication skills.
