Irrigation Doctor & Outdoor Lighting is one of the Charlotte area's most active irrigation and outdoor lighting service operations. We run a high volume of residential and commercial accounts year-round and we have the reputation to match. Our standard is simple: diagnose it right, fix it right, move on. We don't do rework and we don't make excuses.

 
The Role

We're looking for an experienced irrigation technician who can operate independently in the field from day one. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work and room to advance as we continue to grow.

 
What You'll Be Doing

Independent diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems — valves, controllers, main and lateral lines, heads,
Spring startups and winterization
New system installations and upgrades
Controller programming and zone troubleshooting
Landscape lighting service and repair
Professional customer interaction on every job site
 
Compensation & Benefits

$22–$30/hour based on demonstrated skill and experience

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of irrigation field experience — you must be able to diagnose and repair without supervision
Proficiency with Hunter, Rain Bird, and Toro systems
Valid driver's license, clean record
Professional appearance and communication on job sites
