Principal Accountabilities
- Manually stacking products on pallets according to specific instructions
- Ensure pallets are properly loaded and stacked, identifying and addressing any issues
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations including wearing the required PPE
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and equipment issues
- May include other tasks as assigned
- There is a 10% shift differential for second shift
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Previous or current experience in heavy general labor roles
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform consistent and repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment
