Description
dwg. is seeking a passionate and creative Landscape Designer to join our dynamic collective of design professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who values thoughtful, sustainable design and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. We’re looking for a designer who brings both technical precision and creative vision to every phase of the design process.
As a Designer at dwg., you’ll contribute meaningfully to a wide range of urban and ecological projects—from concept through construction—working closely with your team to develop high-quality drawings, presentations, and technical documentation that support our studio’s design ethos. You’ll be a problem-solver, a mentor to junior designers, and a forward-thinking contributor to our mission of building healthier, more resilient communities through urban landscape architecture.
What we’re looking for:
- A team-oriented designer who embraces both big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
- A skilled practitioner with a strong foundation in landscape architecture and technical documentation.
- A creative thinker eager to develop innovative workflows and design solutions.
- A motivated professional who is excited to engage with projects in complex urban environments, including on-grade and on-structure landscapes, adaptive reuse, green infrastructure, public art, and urban design.
What we Value:
At dwg., we value people who are:
- Organized & Accountable -- You take ownership and deliver with integrity.
- Timely & Communicative -- You’re proactive and collaborative.
- Culture Builders -- You bring a “yes, and” mindset that enriches our studio.
- Balance-Minded -- You value a healthy blend of professional focus and personal well-being.
Founded in 2010, dwg. is a landscape architecture and urban design studio driven by a deep belief in the power of public space. We specialize in forward-thinking, high-impact urban projects—on-grade and on-structure landscape design, adaptive reuse, green infrastructure, public art installations, and transformative urban design interventions. Our work is rooted in urbanism, creativity, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
