Pine Valley Golf Club is seeking an Assistant Superintendent who is serious about building a career in golf course management.

This position is geared toward an individual who understands that career advancement in this industry is earned through hard work, consistency, and a willingness to take on responsibility. We are looking for someone who wants to be challenged, takes pride in their work, and is motivated to develop into a future Golf Course Superintendent.

• Previous Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License

Pine Valley undertakes improvement projects each offseason, providing assistants with exposure to construction, renovation, and long-term course planning. In addition, the club will begin installation of a new irrigation system this coming winter, offering valuable experience with a major infrastructure project.
