ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Irrigation Manager oversees irrigation design for the entire office and works with several project managers, to develop efficient irrigation services, and evaluate and implement new irrigation technologies and methodologies, while managing supervisory staff and maintaining business profitability. We provide flexible scheduling options for you to choose from:

•     7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday–Thursday and 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday
•     8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday–Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday

You’ll spend your days immersed in creativity, collaborating with an innovative design team that shares your passion for bringing spaces to life. Whether sketching out new ideas, crafting detailed drawings, or searching for new technologies, you’ll be involved from initial design to construction ready documents.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A IRRIGATION MANAGER

• 
      Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field, preferably in a professional office setting
•     Minimum 3-5 years of experience in irrigation systems installation, maintenance, or management
•     Valid driver's license with clean driving record
•     Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
•     Strong understanding of irrigation principles, systems, and components
•     Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
•     Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•     Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•     Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), and Microsoft Office
•     Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
•     Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
•     Experience Land F/X is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•       Manage and develop Irrigation team
•       Establish and implement company-wide irrigation standards, protocols, and best practices Participate in all stages of design development
•       Prepare construction document sets including sheet layout, details, and specifications for irrigation plans
•       Assist project managers in day-to-day tasks as required for project completion.
•       Develop training programs for irrigation staff at all levels
•       Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
•       Evaluate and implement new irrigation technologies and methodologies
•       Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and industry partners
•       Resolve escalated Client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction perform other duties as assigned
