$70K–$80K + 10% Bonus

Color Burst Landscapes is hiring a hands-on Irrigation Services Manager to own and scale our irrigation service operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day irrigation service operations
Support & coach technicians in the field
Troubleshoot complex system issues
Manage scheduling, routing & service quality
Estimate repairs & help close service work
Build strong customer relationships
What You Bring
8+ years irrigation / landscape experience (required)
2+ years leadership or crew supervision
Strong knowledge of residential & commercial systems
Experience estimating repairs + customer-facing sales
Valid driver’s license
Certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) a plus

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience preferred, not required
- Irrigation experience preferred
